We have two volunteer tracks, each making a direct difference for girls in our programs. Pick the one that fits you — or apply for both.
Our Arts Team creates handmade and digital motivational cards that get sent directly to girls in our programs — reminding them they are seen, valued, and capable of anything.
Our Outreach Team is the connective tissue of EquiFlow — spreading our mission, building community relationships, and helping make sure no girl gets left behind.
Once your application is reviewed, you'll be welcomed into our team hub where your team lead will walk you through your first project and connect you with fellow volunteers.
Assignments are matched to your availability and skill level — so whether you have two hours a week or twenty, there's always something meaningful waiting for you.
After you're onboarded, you'll have access to open projects from both teams. Claim what excites you, submit your work, and watch it turn into something real.
Every assignment you complete counts. We track your hours and provide official documentation so your volunteer work is recognized — at school, on applications, and beyond.
